International Community Service from UTM

The Research and Community Service Institution (LPPM) of Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto (UMP) has relaunched the International Community Service Program. This program is an implementation of the three pillars of higher education for final-stage students, particularly focusing on community service aspects. On this program, Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto cooperates with Universitas Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). The participants of the international community service are selected by their English skill capability.

This program is conducted at Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto and participated by the students from the Universitas Teknologi Malaysia. The number of the students are counted 29 students. The students are from the variety of faculties such as Management, Electrical Engineering, Computing, Civil Engineering, Space, Chemical and Energy, and Humanities.

The international community service, taking place from August 8th to 27th, 2023, aims to enhance students' abilities in teamwork, instill discipline, foster leadership qualities, and promote a sense of responsibility. Additionally, it seeks to provide students with valuable experiences and knowledge through the exploration of new territories and cultural diversities.
